Our Team Is Your Team

The Okanagan Valley is a canvas of wide open spaces, farmland, vineyards, orchards and crystal lakes set against the backdrop of the Cascade and Monashee Mountains. Inspired by the spirit of the land, our team of destination experts is passionate about this region and your event.

We have an intimate knowledge of the Okanagan Valley and have established partnerships with key suppliers throughout the region. It’s this kind of “insider” information that leads us to discover the latest off-site venues, attractions and specialty suppliers, which are vital to keeping events fresh and innovative.rotary arts centre

Often success comes down to the little extras, the magic of the intangibles. And you’ll find we deliver those too. In fact, we have a “sixth sense” for understanding your business and specific program requirements. With more than 40 years of combined experience in the meeting and incentive travel market, our team presents creative options that help achieve your goals and satisfy the demographics of the group. We’ll handle the details to ensure the program is a success, but we also deliver the added touches that bring this magical destination to life. We have a selection of unique off-site venues to choose from, including our historic Orchard and Wine museum, the Rotary Centre for the Arts, art galleries, private homes, restaurants and wineries.
